C-Calcium Deficiency Supplementation


  • All calcium is not created equal so don't go by mg. Calcium carbonate is what "they" base the 1500 mg. but it is only 10% absorbed. You could not and should not take 1500 mg of amino acid chelate.
    I have been finding most women need at least 1:1 parts cal/magnesium. One study shows some women need 1:8 parts cal/magnesium. Type A personality needs more magnesium.
